History


Founded in 2016 by Trisha Kusinitz, CPC, ELI-MP, ACC, tkWork Solutions encompasses over two decades of Human Resources and Professional Coaching experience.  We work with individuals and teams at all levels and at every phase of their careers, from new managers to emerging leaders to C-Level Executives.  We custom design each program, whether for the team or the individual. By doing so, we ensure that the work solutions we offer actually work, regardless of industry or the size of the organization.

Our Founder


Trisha Kusinitz is an ICF accredited Professional Coach. She holds her master’s degree from Columbia University and has also earned multiple certifications including, CPC, ELI-MP, COR.E Dynamics Specialist, and GPHR, as well as from Cornell University and World Business and Executive Coach Summit. Trisha is a member of both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
